KC - Licensed/Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been a Dental Hygienist at Dr. Fritts and Dr. Laszynski's office for 25 years.  I attended Indiana University Bloomington, before graduating from Indiana University School of Dentistry.  Not only do I love what I do, but I love the bond I create with my patients and staff.  It is wonderful to see generations of families and new patients alike.

I have a wonderful husband and three beautiful girls. You can usually find my spouse Tracy and I chasing Whitley, Delaney, and Alívia between their sporting events, club activities, piano recitals, and 4-h projects. My hobbies include traveling, lounging on the deck with my family, and scrapbooking.

Sarah - Front Office Coordinator

Here at Dr. Laszynski's office I enjoy catching up with old patients and meeting new ones!  I have been in the dental field for 8 years and have been with Dr. Laszynski since 2015.  Some of my duties here consist of reviewing treatment goals and plans with patients and helping patients schedule appointments.  I also help arrange payments and work with patient's insurance.  In addition, I help Dr. Laszynski with projects to improve the office.

I have two daughters Kodie and Rissie and they keep me very busy between sports, showing horses and school activities.  In my spare time I enjoy playing softball, doing CrossFit, showing horses, riding our side by side, biking and other outdoor activities.

Amber - Licensed/Registered Dental Hygienist

I started working with Dr. Fritts and his staff in 2008 after graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene.  I obtained my degree from Indiana University, South Bend.  I enjoy getting to know my patients and educating them on their personal dental needs.

I have lived in Rochester my entire life.  My husband Rick and I have a son, Linden, and daughter, Linley.  We stay very busy in our free time watching them play sports.  We also enjoy camping and floating the river.

Carla - Patient Advocate

You'll see me up front at the office.  Some of my main daily activities include welcoming patients to our office, scheduling appointments, and filing insurance.  I also help patients understand their treatment plans and help them with payments.  I received OJT at Grissom AFB in 1990 in the Dental Assiting Program.  I went on to become X-ray certified and became an EFDA.  I have experience in multiple offices.  In 1996, my position in the dental field changed and instead of working clinically, I began work at the front desk at Dr. Musselman's office.  I worked in Denver with Doc and Dr. Laszynski until Doc's retirement in May 2018.  One of the things I like most about my job is helping patients dental visits be as comfortable as possible.  Dr. Laszynski and his clinical team are dedicated and passionate.  They strive to provide the best dental services for their patients, while maintaining a comfortable work atmosphere for all dental team members!

My significant other, Terry and I have been together 11 years.  I have 2 sons and 1 daughter, along with 6 grandchildren.  I enjoy traveling by motorcycle and spending time with family.

Angel - Lead Assistant, EFDA

I enjoy helping people have healthier, better looking smiles and more confidence! I’m artistic and especially enjoy working on a bonding or veneer case, because I can play a major role in helping the patient feel better about their smile. My day is spent assisting the doctor, taking x-rays, supporting orthodontic work, and doing fillings and buildups. I focus on each patient’s comfort and making sure they feel welcome.

I share my life with my amazing husband Mathew and beautiful daughter Kiara! I enjoy shopping and spending quality time with family and friends.

Mallory - Back Office Coordinator, EFDA

As an expanded functions dental assistant I have many duties.  My job includes helping patients feel comfortable, explaining the procedure to patients, preparing the room and instruments needed, and assisting the doctor.  Additionally, I take x-rays, place fillings, make temporaries, take impressions, and do braces adjustments.  I am certified in coronal polishing, fluoride application, expanded functions, and assistant orthodontics.  My favorite part of my job is being able to help patients feel more confident when they smile and having a healthier mouth.  I love that we are able to help patients get out of dental pain.  I'm so proud that we provide excellent quality care and treatment to our patients.

I've been married to my husband Spencer for five years.  We have an amazing little boy Greyson!  We enjoy spending time with family and friends.  We like spending time outdoors and on the water.

Michele - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

So, what do I do, as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant?  I greet patients, make them comfortable, prepare them for their procedure and work closely with the doctors to make their dental experience as pleasant as possible.  As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, I have had extra training that allows me to place fillings.  I have been in dentistry for 33 years and enjoy helping patients overcome their fear of dentists and dental work.

I have been married for 33 years to my husband, Doug.  We have enjoyed fishing and hunting…but our biggest passion is riding our Harley’s and taking motorcycle vacations.  We are constantly entertained by our pets, Zero and George!
